GGG v Kell Brook
There is probably already a thread somewhere but couple of things about this fight Saturday.

1) It's the biggest fight in years and Brook will probably surprise people
2) Sky Sports just said Golovkin is a West Ham fan!

Who do we go for? For me it's still Brook. You mugs?

The Middleweight division is teeming with talent?

Give this façade up Frankie for fuck sake.

Mike...

Can't wait, popped down to The T Mobile arena here in Vegas on Friday when they went on sale, was interviewed by the local news station about the fight.

I'm going with Ward, been a long time fan of his & will out smart Krusher over 12 rounds.

How much did that set you back? I looked at just the so called cheap seats and blew my mind expensive it is.

SOA, im very jealous of you going to that fight. that's the best match up for many years. I love Kovalev but I think Ward is such a clever boxer that he may get outpointed over the twelve rounds

Mike...

Not putting GGG up there with the greats, I was talking more about today. Noone wants in with him, also the same could be said about Brook.

Middleweight & Welterweight divisions are both teeming with talent but the only fight between belt holders of each weigh class is Brook v GGG at Middleweight.

At least Ward v Kovalev is done, got my ticket on Friday.

Brook coming in heavy and will try and push him back. Think it will end badly for Brook, with a stoppage around 4/5. Brook is a talented fighter but is there to hit...a lot. Golovkin is a monster.

Been looking forward to this for weeks and have treated myself to ringside but can't make any case for Brook winning.

I agree, Jnr would be better off if Chris kept a low profile rather than still trying to steal the limelight

Collins for a start, Council Scum. Calzaghe finished the job. But there is no denying that for a while, as much as he was a massive cunt (and I've met him since, and he still is) Eubank Sr was up there with the best. His son is nowhere close and would be better off (although not in terms of publicity) if his Dad was someone else who didn't go around making laughable claims for him.

SOA, he's beat very few top ranked fighters so ridiculous put him up there with all time greats. obviously not his fault that the opposition just isn't there but if he was truly worried about his legacy he could have moved up to super middleweight to fight ward. i'll always get behind a british fighter

Thanks for posting that mail article about the stabbing

Strange business for sure, assailant known but no charges brought?

Looking forward to the fight mind, a chance at immortality ring wise - fair play to him and all the best

Re: GGG v Kell Brook
Everyone seems to be talking up Brook's chances here, GGG is the most feared man in boxing bar none.

Even more so than the pre prison Mike Tyson. A middleweight division teaming with talent and only a welter weight is ready to step in.

Eubank swerved the fight but got alot of publicity for it in doing so & for someone who's at British level only he's well known (of course of his old man also).

GGG in the 6th knockout
